Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QuikCRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using QuikCRM on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. The Service

QuikCRM provides a customer relationship management platform including contact management, deal pipelines, task tracking, team collaboration, email marketing campaigns, and automations. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3. Free Trial

New workspaces receive a free trial with no credit card required. After the trial ends, adding or editing data is paused until a paid plan is selected. Your existing data remains viewable and is not deleted when a trial ends or a subscription lapses.

4. Accounts

Company owners are responsible for managing access to their organization's account, including adding and removing team members. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuikCRM to store or process unlawful content, to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including anti-spam laws), or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to email the contacts you send campaigns or automated emails to, and for honoring unsubscribe requests.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into QuikCRM, including your contacts, deals, and other records, and the content of any email campaigns you create. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input, including ensuring you have proper consent to store and email personal information about your contacts.

7. Fees & Billing

QuikCRM subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Optional email sending credits are purchased separately as one-time, non-recurring purchases and do not expire. Pricing is presented at the time of purchase and may be shown in different currencies depending on your location.

8. Email Sending

Sending campaigns and automated emails consumes email sending credits associated with your account. If your account runs out of credits, sending is paused until credits are added; this does not affect your ability to use the rest of the CRM. We may suspend email sending for an account that generates excessive spam complaints or bounces, to protect deliverability for all customers.

9. AI Features

QuikCRM includes AI-powered features that can draft email content, answer questions about the data in your account, summarize notes, and propose new records or automations (such as contacts, deals, or automated email sequences) based on your instructions. Any action that would create, send, or change data requires your explicit confirmation before it is carried out - AI features do not act on your account without that confirmation. AI-generated content and suggestions, including drafted emails, summaries, answers, and proposed automations, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on it, sending it, or confirming any action based on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. AI features are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may be unavailable depending on your subscription status. 10. Termination

You may stop using QuikCRM and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk to the service or other users.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

QuikCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QuikCRM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
